Dining Room

The Formal Dining Room offers elegant dining in a comfortable setting. It is the perfect location for an important business lunch, special family occasion, or just a quiet, romantic dinner for two.

Under the guidance of Manager Michael Montero and Chef Tim Pilarsky our experienced culinary team will delight you with our spectacular New World Cuisine, highlighted by our Weekly Fresh Sheet. Of course, we still serve up your old favorites including our famous Longview Country Club Prime Rib every Friday and Sunday night.

For private dining parties, members may also reserve the Cedar Room (seats up to 50), our newly renovated Founders’ Room (seats two to twenty) and for larger parties, our Sequoia Room is perfect (seats up to 200).
